As an office, we appreciate your understanding, patience and kindness as we continue to navigate the unpredictable circumstances together. We value your confidence in our office and it is always our top priority to keep our patients and staff safe. Thank you!

What you need to know when coming for an appointment:

Arrival: The waiting room is now open. When you arrive, please wear a mask and come in or call us at (865) 690-6691.

Text Reminders: Our office appointment reminders have been turned back on and you can start confirming appointments as you did previously.

Forms: We have started using a patient portal to fill out forms for yourself and your family prior to your visit.

  1. The first step is to register using the link that we send to the email attached to your chart. Link will expire after 24 hours.

  2. Once you are registered, you can return to the patient portal at any time by visiting the area on our website.

  3. The person designated as the responsible party for the patient will need to use their date of birth and zip code. The information must be the same as the it appears in your chart. If you have moved, please make sure you update our records.

  4. For patients that are minors, you would enter the parents date of birth. For adult patients that have their spouse listed as responsible party would use their spouses date of birth. For additional questions, you can visit our FAQ’s page and scroll to the bottom.

Office Environment: Our dental staff is required to wear additional protective gear. With additional layers, the office temperature is on the cold side. You may want to wear a sweatshirt if you get cold easily. We are not able to provide you with blankets at this time.

Masks: At this time masks are not required. If you prefer, you may wear a mask and then remove it in the exam room.

Illness: We are asking that if you are experiencing any flu-like or virus related symptoms or exposed to someone with the virus that you reschedule your appointment.

You can stay up to date about how we are handling the situation in our office by visiting this dedicated page. We will also be using text message, email and our Facebook page to keep you informed.
