Each office location accepts different insurance plans.
The Knoxville office takes most plans from most major insurance companies including Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Metlife, and Cigna.

Be sure to ask questions about both dental procedures and financial concerns prior to proceeding with treatment. We are here to assist you with maintaining positive dental health but it is your personal responsibility to maintain your dental health. It is always best not to assume anything.
Predetermination of benefits are often requested for dental treatment. If it is not mentioned, be sure to request one so that you know what your responsibility will be. Predetermination benefits are not a guarantee of insurance payment.
Become an educated consumer of your dental insurance plan understanding your benefits and what is covered. Health insurance companies often are not allies in your health and they do not have any health care responsibility to you in any way.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate insurance information in a timely manner.
Accept responsibility for your dental insurance, benefits and for your balance regardless of insurance payments. It is expected and the patient’s responsibility to pay your balance at the time of service.

About the program:
Our in-office dental savings plan is an annual alternative for patients without insurance. The plan can be paid annually or monthly through automatic payments.
The plan covers two yearly cleanings, with x-rays, flouride, two routine dental exam, and emergency exam.
Our dental savings plan is a
$340 investment annually

Free Preventative Services - cleanings, flouride, x-rays, and 3 exams
15% off fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures and partials
20% off root canals, periodontal therapy and maintenance, teeth whitening, veneers, extractions, oral surgery, and dental implants
No annual maximum, deductible, and waiting period. Cannot be used with dental insurance.
